Associate Director Accounts Payable (m/f/d)

About your Tasks:

- Lead and further develop a large AP organization, fostering a structured and high-performing environment

- Own end-to-end Accounts Payable operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability

- Drive operational excellence by improving processes, automation, and system usage (ERP & related tools)

- Collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and other departments

- Lead change and transformation initiatives, bringing structural and continuous improvement into the function.

About you:

- 6+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, including leadership responsibility in larger or complex setups

- Strong people leader with the ability to structure teams, develop talent, and drive accountability

- Hands-on mindset with a strong eye for detail and the ability to dive deep into operations

- Experience with ERP systems and automation, combined with a process improvement mindset

- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate in a dynamic environment; German is a plus

As Senior Manager Accounts Payable, you will take ownership of a core finance function at Redcare, ensuring efficient, scalable, and high-quality AP operations across a complex, high volume environment.
