Not even close.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Role:</strong> Analytics Engineer</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Remote</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Role Overview:</strong></p><p>We are hiring an Analytics Engineer to build the clean, trusted data </p><p>layer that powers all analytics and reporting at Joveo. You will sit </p><p>between data engineering and business intelligence — modeling raw data </p><p>into well-structured, well-documented datasets that everyone in the </p><p>business can rely on.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>- Build and maintain dbt models that transform raw data into clean analytical layers</p><p>- Define and enforce data modeling standards and documentation practices</p><p>- Partner with data analysts and BI developers to understand reporting requirements</p><p>- Monitor data quality, write data tests, and maintain pipeline reliability</p><p>- Collaborate with data engineers on schema design and warehouse architecture</p><p>- Create and maintain a shared metrics layer accessible to self-service analytics users</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:</strong></p><p>- Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling (dimensional or OBT approaches)</p><p>- Hands-on experience with dbt Core or dbt Cloud in production environments</p><p>- Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift)</p><p>- Familiarity with data testing frameworks and data quality monitoring tools</p><p>- Understanding of analytics engineering best practices and the modern data stack</p><p>- Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and business stakeholders</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Equal Opportunity Employer:</strong></p><p>Joveo is an equal opportunity employer.
