Our customers decide when and where they want to shop with HSE.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What you can expect:</strong></p><ul><li>You design and develop innovative AI solutions across exciting use cases – from technical concept design and architecture to productive implementation within the company.</li><li>You work closely with Product Management, Data &amp; Analytics, and Software Engineering to successfully implement AI projects together.</li><li>You build scalable and reusable AI capabilities that create sustainable value for different business areas - from PoC to production grade systems.</li><li>You design and develop modern AI applications based on Large Language Models (LLMs), agent-based systems, and intelligent automation solutions.</li><li>You integrate AI services into existing systems and processes via APIs and data integrations, ensuring stable productive solutions.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Your profile:</strong></p><ul><li>You have proven professional experience in AI Engineering or Software Development with a focus on modern AI technologies.</li><li>You have proven professional experience as Solution Architect or DevLead</li><li>You are familiar with Large Language Models (LLMs), AI frameworks and tools such as AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI or comparable technologies.</li><li>You have successfully implemented AI projects and bring experience in developing productive AI solutions.</li><li>You have solid Python skills as well as experience with APIs, data integrations, and modern software architectures. Solid DevOps skills will help you to deploy production grade systems.</li><li>You think analytically, work in a structured manner, and design and develop pragmatic, scalable, and maintainable solutions, aligned with product requirements, industry best practices</li><li>You are passionate about new technologies, keep up with the latest developments in the AI field, and bring a strong willingness to learn.</li><li>You have a solid understanding of security, governance, data privacy, and technical compliance requirements in cloud and AI environments, i.e. GDPR and EU AI Act.</li><li>You communicate confidently with product management, stakeholders as well as other engineers and architects and have very good written and spoken English skills.
