In order to strengthen our AI team, we are looking for a:</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>AI Product Manager – Business Development</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>As AI Product Manager for Business Development at LOIM, you use AI to make our commercial teams more proactive, more targeted and more effective. You identify prospects before they raise their hand, you help our sales and hospitality teams prepare smarter client interactions, and you build the AI-powered workflows that give LOIM a commercial edge. You work in a squad alongside an AI Engineer and an AI Data Engineer to turn commercial intelligence into production AI systems.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>YOUR ROLE</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Own the AI use case roadmap for Business Development: identify, prioritize and formalize opportunities where AI can drive proactive prospect detection, client intelligence and sales enablement </li><li>Define and lead the build of AI-powered prospect identification systems using market signals, client behavior data and external intelligence to surface opportunities before competitors do</li><li>Work with sales and hospitality teams to understand their workflows and translate them into AI product requirements (pitch preparation, client profiling, meeting intelligence, follow-up automation)</li><li>Lead the adoption of AI tools across the BD function: design change management plans, run training sessions, track commercial impact </li><li>Define and monitor value metrics for each AI use case: pipeline generated, conversion rates, time saved on pitch preparation, prospect hit rate</li><li>Stay current with how AI is transforming distribution and client relationship management in asset management globally</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>YOUR PROFILE</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field </li><li>7+ years of experience in business development, sales, client relations or management consulting in financial services </li><li>Deep understanding of asset management distribution: institutional sales, wholesale, hospitality and client relationship management </li><li>Proven track record of leading commercial transformation or CRM programs in financial services </li><li>Strong ability to translate commercial workflows into structured AI product requirements </li><li>Experience with CRM systems and commercial intelligence tools, Salesforce a plus</li><li>AI literacy: you don't need to code but you understand what AI can and cannot do, and you can have a credible conversation with engineers about feasibility </li><li>Familiarity with AI concepts such as RAG, agentic workflows, LLMs and how they apply to investment use cases </li><li>Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English, French an asset </li><li>Autonomous, delivery-oriented and comfortable working in fast-moving squad environments </li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong><em>Our Maison’s DNA</em></strong><em> is defined by five core values. </em><strong><em>Excellence </em></strong><em>drives us to be the best at what we do, while </em><strong><em>Innovation</em></strong><em> fuels our progress. </em><strong><em>Respect</em></strong><em> underpins every interaction, and </em><strong><em>Integrity</em></strong><em> shapes our actions.
