Your skill in creative prompting and collaboration with AI agents is a form of commercial judo<br/><br/>Your primary focus is producing engaging, multi-format content. You'll create everything from short-form videos, case studies and data visualizations to interactive content and webinars.<br/><br/>Your goal is to both cultivate a loyal community, and drive growth by attracting new members to the community by providing relevant, swipe stopping content where our community views us as an ally, not just a vendor.<br/><br/><strong>Your Responsibilities<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>AI-Powered Content Creation: Leverage AI to supercharge every stage of content creation, using AI agents to turn sharp insights into high-impact assets.</li><li>Cross-Media Production: Guide generative tools to produce uncopyable, distinctive messaging with high velocity across social media, blogs, whitepapers, and video.</li><li>Narrative Strategy: Build and execute a content strategy inspired by the philosophy that counter-intuative can actually be persuasive.</li><li>Audience Decoding: Rapidly immerse yourself in our industry to understand the personalities, motivations and fears, shaping a tone and direction that genuinely changes behaviour.</li><li>Thought Leadership: Establish enmacc’s voice as a vital, trusted resource within the industry, moving beyond product features to focus on the world of the customer.<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Your Profile<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>AI Mastery: You are fluent and curious in leveraging generative AI tools (LLMs, image generators, etc.) as a co-pilot for high-velocity, high-quality production. </li><li>Creative Ideation: You have an innate talent for conceptualizing bold content that defines trends rather than following them.
