You will design and implement production-grade AI systems and act as a key advisor and role model within our growing AI community, translating cutting-edge AI capabilities into scalable, reliable products that deliver real business value.<br/><br/><strong>Taks and Reponsibilities:</strong> <br/><br/><ul><li>Lead the technical delivery of complex AI solutions, driving technical planning and ensuring successful execution within time, budget, and quality targets</li><li>Collaborate with international, multidisciplinary stakeholders to translate requirements into concrete AI solution designs and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences</li><li>Design and implement complex, production-grade AI systems, including:</li><ul><li>End-to-end AI solution architecture of scalable, cloud-native data/model pipelines or AI components in software applications</li><li>LLM-based workflow automations and conversational AI systems</li><li>AI agents with multi-agent orchestration</li><li>RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems</li><li>Classical ML models and predictive analytics pipelines (regression, classification, anomaly detection)</li><li>Automated training, validation, and deployment pipelines (CI/CD for ML), model registry and model monitoring</li></ul><li>Stay current with the latest AI topics and bring new techniques into the organization through projects, community work, and proof of concepts</li><li>Act as a technical role model within our AI community<br/></li></ul><strong>Professional Competencies:<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>You hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related technical field </li><li>You demonstrate strong proficiency in Python and common AI frameworks (e.g. LangChain, LlamaIndex, Scikit-learn, etc.)</li><li>A solid understanding of AI solution architecture principles including scalability, security, cost-efficiency and maintainability sets you apart</li><li>You have hands-on experience with LLM-based applications, including RAG systems and AI agents</li><li>Working with Microsoft Azure (e.g., Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure Container Apps, or comparable services) is something you are comfortable with</li><li>Experience with Azure Databricks for large-scale data processing and ML workflows is an advantage </li><li>Ideally, you have gained experience in working within highly regulated environments<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Personal Competencies:<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>You have a strong passion for Generative AI and emerging technologies</li><li>A solution-oriented mindset combined with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving defines your way of working</li><li>You are able to translate business requirements into effective AI-driven solutions </li><li>Curiosity, self-motivation, and a continuous desire to learn drive your professional development</li><li>You work in a structured, quality-focused manner and hold yourself to high standards</li><li>Fluent in English, written and spoken.
