The role provides leadership and coaching to Scrum Masters, Product teams, and leaders, driving measurable improvements in delivery, collaboration, agility, and business outcomes.<br/><br/>Beyond fostering Agile practices, the Agile Coach evaluates organizational maturity, identifies systemic improvement opportunities, promotes pragmatic standards, facilitates large-scale collaboration and planning sessions, and supports the implementation of OKRs to ensure alignment between strategy and execution. Strategic Alignment</strong></p><ul><li>Lead OKR adoption and maturity across business and technology teams.</li><li>Facilitate strategy-to-execution alignment through OKR frameworks.</li><li>Support leadership teams in defining meaningful Objectives and measurable Key Results.</li><li>Facilitate quarterly planning and OKR review sessions.</li><li>Establish and monitor cross-team and cross-area OKRs.</li><li>Identify and manage dependencies impacting achievement of strategic outcomes.</li><li>Help teams shift from output measurement to outcome-based delivery.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Facilitation &amp; competencies</strong></p><p><strong><br/>Professional Experience</strong></p><ul><li>10+ years of experience in Agile, Product, Delivery, or Transformation environments.</li><li>5+ years of experience coaching Scrum Masters and Agile teams at scale.</li><li>Proven experience supporting multiple teams, products, and organizational areas simultaneously.</li><li>Demonstrated experience leading Agile transformation initiatives within large enterprises.</li><li>Strong track record of delivering measurable organizational improvements.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Strategic &amp;
