Our mission: to build secure, privacy-first, and trustworthy digital public infrastructure.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>YOUR ROLE</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach who is passionate about enabling high-performing teams, delivering customer value, and driving successful product outcomes. You will work closely with Product Management, App Development, and Service teams to foster effective collaboration, support decision-making and prioritization, and help teams consistently deliver valuable results.</p><p><br/></p><p>As an Agile Coach, you understand Agile beyond frameworks and ceremonies. You bring a systemic perspective, helping teams and organizations optimize how they create value and achieve business outcomes.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Coach and support agile teams using Scrum and/or Kanban at team level within a scaled agile environment that is still under development</li><li>Facilitate team events and continuously improve Agile ways of working</li><li>Enable teams to deliver high-quality products/services, features, and business value effectively and predictably</li><li>Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, App Development teams, and other stakeholders</li><li>Drive a strong focus on delivery excellence, value creation, and outcome-oriented product development</li><li>Support teams and stakeholders in prioritization and decision-making processes</li><li>Foster transparency, accountability, continuous improvement, and team empowerment</li><li>Identify and remove impediments that impact team performance and delivery</li><li>Facilitate planning activities with experienced, self-organizing teams</li><li>Contribute to organizational Agile maturity through coaching and systemic thinking</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>At least 5 years of experience in an agile Role in a professional Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban)</li><li>Proven track record of working directly with technical and non-technical teams</li><li>Hands-on experience with scaled Agile frameworks such as LeSS and/or Flight Level design</li><li>Strong systemic mindset with the ability to understand organizational dynamics and dependencies</li><li>Demonstrated experience in delivery management, value generation, and outcome-driven product as well as service development</li><li>Strong facilitation, coaching, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Experience supporting Agile teams of every maturity level</li><li>Strong capabilities in decision-making facilitation and prioritization processes</li><li>Loyal, reliable, and committed professional with a preference for long-term engagement and sustainable team development</li><li>Consistent career progression with a stable employment history; we are looking for candidates who value long-term commitment rather than frequent job changes</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>WHAT WE OFFER</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>A chance to shape one of Germany’s most important digital public infrastructures</li><li>A forward-thinking, mission-driven work culture at the intersection of science, administration, and innovation</li><li>Attractive compensation based on the responsibility of the position</li><li>Flexible working hours and remote work options</li><li>Access to conferences, team events and a supportive work culture</li></ul> </div>
