<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p>We're working with a leading European financial services group to find an experienced Solution Architect to take ownership of their AI and digital transformation portfolio.</p><p><br/></p><p>This is a hands-on advisory role sitting at the intersection of enterprise architecture and applied AI assessing, aligning, and guiding solution design across a complex, multi-country programme spanning Agentic AI, Conversational AI, and broader platform initiatives.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What the role involves:</strong></p><ul><li>Auditing ongoing AI and retail banking initiatives across multiple business units and geographies, identifying overlaps, gaps, and inconsistent architecture patterns</li><li>Reviewing and guiding solution architecture decisions, ensuring alignment with group-wide standards and existing data and AI platforms</li><li>Defining and maintaining solution blueprints across NWUs</li><li>Driving build vs. buy decisions through rigorous evaluation of internal and external solutions, considering scalability, integration complexity, and long-term cost</li><li>Producing executive-ready deliverables: portfolio inventories, architecture assessments, gap analyses, and target-state roadmaps</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What you'll bring:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience in Solution or Enterprise Architecture in complex, regulated environments</li><li>Hands-on familiarity with Agentic AI, Conversational AI, RAG, LLM-based systems, and AI orchestration frameworks</li><li>Strong cloud platform knowledge - Azure and/or AWS</li><li>Experience integrating AI into enterprise landscapes at scale</li><li>The ability to communicate clearly at both executive and engineering level</li><li>Financial services experience is a strong advantage</li><li>Fluent English; German or a CEE language is a plus</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><em>SO Digital Recruitment Ltd is an equal opportunity Recruitment Agency.
