Since launch in 2025, Metris we’ve scaled rapidly and we now manage 10,000+ solar projects across the UK, automating monitoring, fault detection, O&M and billing with AI.</p><p><br/></p><p>Our vision is simple: to become the intelligence layer for the energy grid: monitoring, maintaining and monetising the world’s energy grid with AI. We recently raised $5M Seed round from Top tier VCs to accelerate on our mission.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>We are now ready to expand to the German market and hire our first full-time sales hire who can take ownership of the entire sales function in Germany and play a central role in shaping how Metris goes to market — from building a proprietary pipeline to structuring the sales playbook and closing deals.</p><p>This is a hands-on, end-to-end sales role. You’ll start by personally driving deals, developing relationships, and refining our value proposition in-market. In parallel, you’ll design and implement the processes, KPIs, and team structure to create a repeatable, predictable revenue engine.
